  Slow, terrible service. Took 3hrs trying to up sell me on some accessories I didn't want. After my sales rep physically checked inventory and said they had the phone I wanted in many colors. When I declined the special bundle, my rep said he'd be right back (took his lunch break). After 30 minutes of an assistant manager covering for him by telling me the rep went to the bathroom, he returns to tell me they now don't have the phone i asked for at the beginning. The one he just had, in many colors, but only if you take this upsale... In a nutshell, don't waste time here, go to best buy. Sprint close this store now.
